This project consists of a new 4500 square meter supermarket development, together with associated additional retail and a level of sub grade parking. The project was particularly challenging as it is located in what is considered to be the historic township of Warkworth. The supermarket is carefully designed in order to fit the scale and character of the existing streetscape and the highly sculptural building design to Mill Lane has been a very well supported local addition to the Warkworth streetscape.

The project was the subject of a fully notified consenting process and recieved support from the Council and Historic Places.

The store opened for trading in October 2012.
